Abstract

The article deals with the specifics of the communication-oriented individual activity style of the future teachers of service sector in the European dimension. It is established that the globalization problems of training competitive personnel have acquired international significance, and the global integration of Ukraine creates a need to ensure the quality of professional training, in which the professional level of graduates meets the needs of the labor market. It is found out that the creation of the European Union caused a number of contradictions between the need to implement level education and the lack of sufficient experience in organizing foreign language communication training in higher education institutions. There is also a contradiction between the need of the socio-economic sector for specialists in professional pedagogy (the service sector) and the unsatisfactory level of staffing the enterprises in the region. It is substantiated that one of the conditions for solving the problem is the communication-oriented pedagogical activity as a means of effective training of future teachers in service sector. The problems of training future teachers in service sector are analyzed. It is found out that the communicative orientation of professional training of service students involves the organization of active foreign language communication in quasi-professional situations and in various forms of educational and professional cooperation (group, collective, individual, classroom, extra-curricular). The communicative skills that are formed because of communicatively oriented professional training are characterized. It is found out that the professionally oriented activity of the future teachers in the service sector involves a persistent need for systematic communication with students in the most diverse areas of the hotel and restaurant business; organic interaction of universal and professional indicators of communication; emotional satisfaction at all stages of communication; development of pedagogical communication skills and abilities.
